Prismavexa LLC ("Prismavexa," "we") manufactures precision photonics and spectral instrumentation. This policy explains how we collect and use information through prismavexa.com and in the course of sales and support.

Information collected

Business contact details (name, organization, email, phone, shipping address), technical specifications submitted for quote requests, website usage data (cookies, IP address, referrer), and order fulfillment records including calibration certificates.

How we use it

To prepare quotations, manufacture and ship products, provide calibration services, comply with export control and quality regulations, improve our website, and communicate order status.

International transfers

Prismavexa primarily processes data in the United States. EU/UK customers may request standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers where applicable.

Retention

Quote records are kept for five years. Calibration and quality records are retained per ISO 17025 requirements, typically ten years.

No sale of data

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with carriers, payment processors, and auditors as required for business operations.
