Terms of Sale

These terms apply to products and services sold by Prismavexa LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, unless superseded by a signed purchase agreement.

Quotations

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude shipping, duties, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Custom optical assemblies require a 50% deposit before fabrication begins.

Delivery

Standard lead times are listed on quotation documents. Prismavexa is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, customs holds, or force majeure events.

Warranty

Benchtop instruments carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Prism assemblies are warranted to meet agreed optical specifications at time of delivery. Calibration standards include a certificate valid for one year from issue date.

Returns

Custom-manufactured optics are non-returnable unless defective. Stock calibration filters may be returned within 14 days in unopened packaging with prior authorization.

Export compliance

Buyer is responsible for obtaining import licenses. ITAR-controlled items are sold only to authorized US persons and entities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Virginia law. Venue lies in Loudoun County, VA.
